Daniel Nelson

Hi, my name is Dan! I’ve been a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer for the last 4 years and qualified through NASM Premier Global. I decided to become a Personal Trainer to pursue a career in something I am passionate about in fitness. I primarily enjoy football as my main sport but have done bits of boxing too so do focus on a lot of cardio and agility training. My aim is to help people begin their journey in fitness and put the foundations in place to work and progress towards your goals. I believe personal training should be something to enjoy for both parties and have a strong structure in place to allow clarity for everyone involved. Fundamentally, I want all of my clients to become a better version of themselves! 

You can catch me in and around the gym most days of the week at Rochester Health Club. I regularly run classes at the gym including an Abs Class and a Fast, Lean & Fit circuit class. If you’d like more information on my classes then get in touch!
